Terms and conditions for Cathay Pacific Asia Miles customers

This “Bicester Village Shopping Collection”® promotional offer has been arranged for the benefit of Cathay Pacific Asia Miles customers only (“Customer”), and is provided by Value Retail Management Limited (“Value Retail”). The terms and conditions that apply to this offer are:

1. Period of Promotion:
a. This promotional offer is available to Customers during the period from 19 April 2019 until 6 May 2019 only.

2. Bonus Award Points:
a. Customers presenting at the Bicester Visitor Centre or Information Hub their Asia Miles membership card together with their invitation to this Bonus Award Points offer and their receipts for Qualifying Purchases (being goods (including food and beverages)) purchased by the Customer at Bicester Village during the Period of Promotion shall be entitled to receive:

(i) 1.25 miles for every £1 (GBP) spent; and

(ii) a bonus of 1,000 miles if Qualifying Purchases total over £500 (GBP).


b. Customers acknowledge that Value Retail will need to collect and process the Customer’s personal data (which may include their name, membership card number (or a part thereof), transactional spend, place of residence, gender, date of birth, email address, land and/or mobile numbers and other contact details as may be required by Participating Partners) for the purposes of awarding miles to Customers and for the purposes of tracking the levels of Customer spend with a participating partner to assess whether certain annual spend thresholds have been met (see paragraph 4 below). All collection and processing of such personal data by Value Retail will be conducted in accordance with Value Retail’s Privacy Policy, which can be accessed here:

c. Claims for this Bonus Award Points offer can only be made on the date the Qualifying Purchases are made. No retroactive claims will be permitted in connection with this Bonus Award Points offer.

3. General
a. This Bonus Award Points offer is only available at Bicester Village.

b. Value Retail reserves the right to refuse to award any Bonus Award in cases of actual or suspected fraud.

c. The right to benefit from this promotional offer is personal to the recipient of an invitation, and may not be transferred. The invitation may not be copied, reproduced or distributed in any form, or by any means for use by a person other than the original recipient.

d. This promotional offer may not be used in conjunction with any other special offer, coupon or other voucher, except for the Private Sale promotion, for which separate terms and conditions apply located at

e. Any receipts for Qualifying Purchases used in conjunction with this offer may not then be used to claim miles or points in respect of other loyalty partners/programmes.

f. The Bonus Award Points offer does not include purchases of gift cards.

g. The benefits granted by this promotional offer cannot be exchanged for cash.

h. Value Retail reserves the right to withdraw or cancel this promotional offer for any reason at any time.

i. Value Retail will not be liable to the Customer for any financial loss arising out of refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of the promotional offer, or any failure or inability of the Customer to take advantage of this promotional offer.

j. The provider of this promotional offers is Value Retail Management Limited, whose registered address is: Management Suite, Bicester Village 50 Pingle Drive, Bicester, Oxfordshire, OX26 6WD.

4. Annual Threshold and Reduced Earn Rates
a. Where a Customer has applied for miles and, at any point within a calendar year, the Customer’s collective annual spend during that year associated with such applications for miles at any or a number of the villages within the Bicester Village Shopping Collection is equal to or exceeds the Annual Threshold (defined below in sub-paragraph b. below) then the rate at which miles will be awarded for the remainder of that year will be the “Reduced Earn Rate” set out in sub-paragraph d. below.

b. The annual threshold (the “Annual Threshold”) shall be £30,000.

c. In addition to the foregoing, Bonus Award Points will not be awarded to a customer who has met or exceeded the Annual Threshold, for the remainder of the year in which the Customer has met or exceeded the Annual Threshold.

d. The Reduced Earn Rate for Air Miles customers who have exceeded the Annual Threshold shall be 2 (two) miles for every £5 of Qualifying Purchases.
