SPRING PRIVATE SALE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY WHICH GOVERN ALL ASPECTS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION. ENTRANTS AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

The following terms and conditions apply to the Promotion.

1. This Promotion (as defined below) is promoted by Value Retail Management (Bicester Village) Limited of Management Suite, Bicester Village, 50 Pingle Drive, Bicester, OX26 6WD (“VR”) and is operated in conjunction with the Participating Boutiques (as defined below) at Bicester Village.
2. In order to receive discounts of up to an additional 20% (twenty percent) off the already reduced outlet prices (the “Discount”) on selected lines at selected boutiques participating in this promotion at Bicester Village (the “Promotion”) from Saturday 28 April to Sunday 13 May 2018 (inclusive) (the “Term”), the participants must present either (1) a copy of the Promotion email they receive from VR (the “Email”) or (2) a copy of the Promotion email they receive from one of the Participating Boutiques at Bicester Village (together the “Promotion Invitations”).
3. Promotion Invitations shall only be issued to, and the Promotion may only be claimed by, individuals who are registered on the VR customer database.
4. One of the Promotion Invitations must be presented at the point of sale for each transaction at the Bicester Village boutiques participating in this Promotion (the “Participating Boutiques”). Participants in this Promotion are advised that not all boutiques at Bicester Village are participating in this Promotion.
5. For a list of the Participating Boutiques and for any further exclusions within those Participating Boutiques, please see www.bicestervillage.com/participating-boutiques.
6. For the avoidance of doubt, a participant is not entitled to receive the Discount at any time before the commencement of or after the expiration of the Term.
7. One of the Promotion Invitations must be presented and scanned at the time of purchase in order to receive the Discount at the Participating Boutiques.
8. The Promotion Invitations cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers available in Bicester Village during the Term.
9. The Promotion Invitations cannot be used for prior purchases.
10. The Promotion Invitations shall have no cash value.
11. The Promotion Initiations cannot be used for the purchase of gift vouchers at Bicester Village.
12. The Promotion is personal to the recipient of the Promotion Invitations and cannot be transferred.
13. VR reserves the right to amend, withdraw or cancel this Promotion for any reason, at any time, without giving prior notice.
14. VR reserves the rights to amend these terms and conditions, at any time, without prior notice.
15. By participating in this Promotion, participants agree to the use and disclosure of their personal data by VR and its affiliates for all purposes reasonably necessary in connection with the Promotion and for all related marketing purposes. Participants are entitled, on written request to VR, to access their personal data and to have any incomplete, inaccurate or misleading data amended or erased. 16. The holders of the Promotion Invitations acknowledge and agree that: (i) VR its related companies and the owners of Bicester Village are not responsible for the prices at which any boutique at Bicester Village advertises or sells goods from time to time; (ii) the Promotion Invitations do not create a contractual relationship between VR and the participant in relation to the Discount or otherwise; (iii) VR, its related companies and the owners of Bicester Village make no warranties regarding the goods (including without limitation the quality thereof) which the participant may obtain from the boutiques at Bicester Village; (iv) the participants shall have no right, and waives his/her ability to make any claim against VR, its related companies and the owners of Bicester Village in the event that a Participating Boutique at Bicester Village fails to honour the Discount purported to be made available by this Promotion in whole or in part, and a participant’s only remedy in such a situation is the making of a claim for redress to the relevant Participating Boutique; and (v) nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or limit VR’s liability for death or personal injury from its negligence or that of its employees or officers.
17. By using the Promotion Invitations the participants confirm their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions of use.
18. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English Law and participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
