Virgin Atlantic Competition Terms & Conditions

1. The Competition
A. This Competition is available participants to enter by 13 January 2019. The winner will redeem all services required in one visit, they cannot be split over multiple visits. Only services requested at time of booking will be confirmed. Prize must be redeemed between 13 January 2019 – 13 December 2019. Blackout dates will apply over Magical Savings Weekend and services are subject to availability at time of booking.

2. The “Competition Prize Offer”
The competition offer comprises: 1 x £100 gift card, Apartment access*, Valet parking*, Hands-free shopping*, Personal Shopper* VIP card†

3. The Apartment access
i. Access is limited to the qualifying VIP Virgin Atlantic Flying Club member plus one guest. All guests must be 18 years or over.
ii. Access to the Apartment is subject to availability and subject to the requirements

4. VIP Benefits
i. Competition offer includes complimentary hands-free shopping and this may only be used by the qualifying Virgin Atlantic Flying Club winner. Eligible members can redeem the hands-free shopping offer by presenting the competition offer letter, along with the qualifying Virgin Atlantic Flying Club card, to the Apartment attendant. Valid between 13 January 2019 and 13 December 2019
ii. Competition offer includes valet parking and this may only be used by the qualifying Virgin Atlantic Flying Club winner. Only one parking space will be allocated for use. Vehicle make, model and registration must be provided at time of booking. Valid between 13 January 2019 and 13 December 2019
iii. Competition offer includes an optional personal shopper and must be requested at time of booking. If this is not asked for the service will not be pre booked for the winner. This service may only be used by the qualifying Virgin Atlantic Flying Club winner. The personal shopper will require contact with the winner arrival to discuss requirements. Valid between 13 January 2019 and 13 December 2019
iv. One Gift card to the value of £100 provided and cannot be exchanged for cash and is not part refundable. Please see gift card for terms and conditions of use. Valid between 13 January 2019 and 13 December 2019

5. General
A. The right to benefit from this competition prize is personal to the winner and cannot be transferred.
B. The competition prize letter may not be copied, reproduced or distributed in any form, and must not be used by a person other than the original recipient.
C. The benefits granted by this competition offer have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
D. The competition offer is subject to the eligibility criteria and exclusions provided above.
E. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, withdraw or cancel this competition offer, for any reason, at any time, without giving prior notice.
G. The Promoter will not be liable to participants for any financial loss arising out of refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of the competition offer, or any failure or inability of the participant to take advantage of this competition offer.
H. I. By participating in the competition, participants agree to the use and disclosure of their personal data by the Promoter and its affiliates for all purposes reasonably necessary and for all related marketing purposes. Participants are entitled, on written request to the Promoter, to access their personal data and to have any incomplete, inaccurate or misleading data amended or erased.
J. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, at any time, without prior notice.
K. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English Law and participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
