GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. This eVIP Card Program (“the Program”) is being managed by Value Retail Management (Bicester Village) Ltd (“VRMBV”). Participation in the Program will provide you with VIP access to offers and promotions from Bicester Village.
此“尊享优惠”卡由唯泰集团管理（比斯特购物村）有限公司（“VRMBV”）开发管理。参与该活动的顾客可享受比斯特购物村所提供的优惠和促销活动。

2. Use of the eVIP Card:
“尊享优惠”卡的使用需知：

2.1. The eVIP Card is only for use at the participating outlet boutiques at Bicester Village. A list of all boutiques at Bicester Village can be found at: https://www.bicestervillage.com/en/shopping/brands/# However not all listed boutiques participate in the Program and so you are advised to enquire in any boutique you visit as to whether or not they are participating in the Program.
此卡只能在比斯特购物村参与“尊享优惠”活动的精品店使用。了解比斯特购物村所有精品店，请访问：https://www.bicestervillage.com/en/shopping/brands/ #。并非所有的精品店均参与此活动，建议您提前询问精品店是否可以使用该卡。

2.2. The eVIP Card must be presented at the time of purchase in order to receive the reduction and can only be used once in each participating outlet boutique.
您必须在购买商品时出示此卡，方可尊享折扣；并且只能在参与该活动的精品店使用一次该优惠。

2.3. The eVIP Card is only valid for a period of 24 hours from the first purchase made in Bicester Village using the eVIP Card.
此卡仅在比斯特购物村首次购买的24小时之内有效。

2.4. The eVIP Card is not valid in conjunction with any other promotions, reductions, campaigns or offers, for example “Further Reductions” promotions, that may be advertised from time to time.
此卡不能与其它任何促销、折扣、活动或者优惠券同时使用，例如“进一步减少”等这类不定期优惠活动。

2.5. The eVIP Card is only valid for use by the person to whom it is issued and is not transferrable.
此卡仅适用于申请者本人，不可转让他人使用。

2.6. The eVIP Card has no cash value and cannot be used for previously made purchases.
此卡无现金价值，不能用于已经购买过的商品。

2.7. The reductions offered by the eVIP Card are in relation to the relevant outlet boutique’s prices, before the application of any taxes, duties, levies or administration or similar fees.
该卡所提供的折扣与相关精品店的商品税前价格（含商品税，关税，管理税及相关费用）有关。

3. General:

3.1. You acknowledge and agree that:
消费者认可并同意：

3.1.1. VRMBV, members of the same group of companies as VRMBV and the owners of Bicester Village (together “VR”) are not responsible for the prices at which the participating outlet boutique advertises or sells goods from time to time;
唯泰集团比斯特购物村（VRMBV）是唯泰集团有限公司同一集团所属成员，及比斯特购物村所有者对村内精品店在宣传或出售的商品价格不负有任何责任。

3.1.2. VR is operating the Program in collaboration with the participating outlet boutiques who are offering an additional discount on purchases made where the eVIP Card is shown at the time of purchase. The Program creates no contractual relationship between VR and you in relation to the discount offered by the eVIP Card or otherwise;
该活动是唯泰集团与所参与精品店共同合作的，当客户出示此卡时，该精品店将提供额外折扣。唯泰集团在任何时候都仅作为参与活动的精品店的代理，且此卡卡所提供的折扣及其它内容在唯泰集团和消费者之间不存在合同关系;

3.1.3. VR gives no warranties regarding the goods (including without limitation the quality thereof) that you may obtain from the relevant participating outlet boutiques;
唯泰集团不对消费者从相关精品店使用此VIP卡所购得的商品（包括但不限于其质量）给予任何保证;

3.1.4. You shall have no right, and waive your ability to make any claim against VR in the event that any relevant outlet boutique fails to honour the eVIP Card in whole or part or for any subsequent withdrawal of the eVIP Card, and your only remedy in that situation is to claim against the participating outlet boutique; and
如果任何相关的精品店未能兑现全部或部分此卡或随后条款，消费者仅可向参与优惠活动的精品店提出索赔，而无权向唯泰集团提出索赔; 以及

3.1.5. You shall have no right, and waive your ability to make any claim for loss or damage (to person or property) save as may not be excluded by law, suffered by you or third persons in consequence of your use of this eVIP Card in procuring goods from any participating outlet boutique.
消费者用此卡从任何参与活动的精品店购买的商品对消费者本人或他人（人身或财产）造成不被法律排除的损害或伤害，消费者无权提出索赔。

3.2. These terms and conditions apply to any purchases made from the participating outlet boutiques at Bicester Village using the eVIP Card; such purchases being subject to the terms and conditions of sale applied by each boutique.
这些细则条款适用于从比思特购物村参与活动的精品店购买的任何商品，且服从每个精品店的销售条款和条件。

3.3. You shall indemnify VR, VR’s officers and employees, and hold them harmless from and against any actions, claims, damages (including amounts paid on a without prejudice basis), losses and costs suffered by VR and/or those companies’ officers and employees in consequence of any action or claim made by you that is at variance with the acknowledgements, agreements and waivers made by you above.
因消费者的任何行动或索赔行为与用户上述的认可、协议和豁免不符，而使唯泰集团及其管理及工作人员遭受的任何损伤、赔偿、损害赔偿（包括在无损法定利益的基础上支付的金额）、损失，及唯泰集团及其管理和工作人员所承担的费用，消费者应予以赔偿。

3.4. VRMBV reserves the right to withdraw the eVIP Card at any time and for any reason whatsoever. The eVIP Card will become invalid if tampered with in any way.
唯泰集团有权在任何时间以任何理由收回此卡。此卡若被篡改（无论以任何方式），将不再有效。
