1. The Promotion
A. This Promotion is promoted by Value Retail Management (Bicester Village) Limited of Management Suite, Bicester Village, 50 Pingle Drive, Bicester, OX26 6WD (the “Promoter”).
B. This Promotion is only available at Bicester Village. For the avoidance of doubt, the Promotion is not redeemable at Suzhou Village or at any other European Village, namely Kildare Village, Fidenza Village, La Vallee Village, Maasmechelen Village, La Roca Village, Las Rozas Village, Ingolstadt Village or Wertheim Village.
C. This promotion (the “Promotion”) is subject to eligibility criteria (detailed in Clause 2) and comprises the Promotional Offers (detailed in Clause 3).
2. Eligibility criteria
A. To be eligible for the Promotion, participants must: (i) be employees of Virgin and able to provide proof and/or identification of such employment (the “Eligible Employees”); and (ii) must have a valid copy of the event invitation email (as provided by their employer) (the “Event Invitation”). The Eligible Employees must retain and present the Event Invitation (in accordance with the terms below) to access the Promotional Offer during 19 to 24 November 2016 (the “Offer Redemption Period”).
3. The “Promotional Offer” The Promotional Offer comprises, where applicable:
A. Refreshment voucher
i. Eligible Employees presenting their downloaded Event Invitation are entitled to a £10 refreshment voucher (the “Refreshment Voucher”).
ii. The Event Invitation and a valid employee card must be presented by the participant at the Bicester Village Visitors Centre or Information Hub and must be exchanged for the Refreshment Voucher.
iii. The Refreshment Voucher must be redeemed during the Offer Redemption Period and cannot be used outside the Offer Redemption Period.
iv. The Refreshment Voucher can only be redeemed at Participating Restaurants. For a list of Participating Restaurants and any exclusions, please see the Refreshment Voucher (the “Participating Restaurants”).
v. The offer is restricted to one Refreshment Voucher per qualifying Eligible Employee.
vi. The Refreshment Voucher offer may only be used once by the Eligible Employee.
vii. The Refreshment Voucher cannot be transferred and cannot be redeemed for cash.
viii. The Event Invitation for the Refreshment Voucher may be declined and/or withdrawn at any time and without notice to the participant.
ix. The Refreshment Voucher is subject to availability.
B. Shopping Express – 50% reduction
i. During the 1 November 2016 to 14 November 2016 (the “Booking Period”), Eligible Employees shall be entitled to fifty percent (50%) discount on tickets for the Shopping Express from London to Bicester Village (the “Shopping Express Offer”).
ii. The Shopping Express tickets must be booked during the Booking Period for travel on and between Offer Redemption Period i.e. 19 to 24 November 2016 and are subject to availability.
iii. In order to take advantage of the Shopping Express Offer, participants must quote the promotional code: BV16AOVS, at the time of booking.
iv. To redeem the Shopping Express Offer, tickets must be booked at least 24 hours in advance of the service departure time.
v. The Shopping Express Offer is only available to participants booking Shopping Express tickets on the BicesterVillage.com website
vi. The Shopping Express Offer may only be used once by the Eligible Employee.

C. Shopping Express – Prize Draw
i. During the Booking Period, Eligible Employees who book tickets for the Shopping Express and take advantage of the Shopping Express Offer, will be automatically entered into a free prize draw (the “Prize Draw”) to win one (1) £100 Bicester Village gift card (the “Prize”).
ii. Once the Booking Period has expired, the Promoter will choose one Winner at random, to receive the Prize (the “Winner”).
iii. The Winner and the Prize will be chosen at random by a computer generated process.
iv. The Promoter will notify the Winner by email within 2 days of the Booking Period expiring (the “Notification”). The Winner must respond to the Notification, within 24 hours of receipt, by sending an email response to the Promoter confirming their: (a) name; (b) contact details; and (c) acceptance of the Prize (the “Confirmation”).
v. In the event that no such Confirmation is received within the 24 hour period, the Winner declines their Prize or provides an incomplete or unsatisfactory response to the Promoter, then the Winner forfeits the Prize and the Promoter is entitled to choose an alternative Winner, pursuant to the process above, and reallocate the Prize.
vi. Once Confirmation is received by the Promoter, the Promoter shall hold the Prize for the Winner at the Bicester Village Visitors Centre. The Winner must collect the Prize from the Bicester Village Visitors Centre during the Offer Redemption Period. On collecting the Prize, the Winner must present a valid copy of the Notification and Confirmation emails along with a valid ID.
vii. Entry to the Prize Draw and receipt of the Prize is only available to persons of 18 years of age or over and the Winner may be required to provide proof of identity and/or age.
viii. Exclusions may apply.
ix. Only one entry per Eligible Employee. Reproduced entries will not be eligible.
x. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
xi. The Winner will make him or herself reasonably available for publicity purposes, if required by the Promoter.
xii. The Prize is not transferable to any third party and cannot be exchanged for cash or anything else or redeemed in conjunction with any other offers.
xiii. By entering the Prize Draw, you agree that the Promoter may disclose the personal information you supply for the administration of the Prize Draw. The Promoter controls and is responsible for the personal information that you supply.
xiv. The Promoter has arranged this Prize Draw in good faith and does not accept any liability in relation to any consequences emanating from participating in the Prize Draw.
xv. All costs (including taxes and levies) other than those stated herein are to be met by the Winner.
xvi. The Promoter makes no warranties regarding the Prize.
xvii. No responsibility will be accepted for entries or confirmations that are lost, late, misdirected, incorrect, garbled or incompletely received, for any reason, including, but not limited to, by reason of hardware, software, browser, or network failure, malfunction, congestion, or incompatibility at the Promoter’s servers or elsewhere. The Promoter in its sole discretion reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Prize Draw.
xviii. Every effort will be made to supply the Prize but in the event that this is not possible an equivalent Prize will be offered, which will be selected at the Promoter’s sole discretion.
4. General
A. The right to benefit from this Promotion, the Event Invitation and the Promotional Offer is personal to the recipient of the Event Invitation and cannot be transferred.
B. The Event Invitation may not be copied, reproduced or distributed in any form, and must not be used by a person other than the original recipient.
C. The Event Invitation cannot be used for prior purchases.
D. This Promotion, the Event Invitation and the Promotion Offer may not be used in conjunction with any other special offer, coupon, voucher or other offer available in Bicester Village during the Offer Redemption Period or Booking Period.
E. The benefits granted by this Promotion, the Event Invitation and the Promotional Offer have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
F. The Promotion is subject to the eligibility criteria and exclusions provided above.
G. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, withdraw or cancel the Event Invitation, this Promotion and/or the Promotional Offer for any reason, at any time, without giving prior notice.
H. Participants acknowledge and agree that: (i) The Promoter, its related companies and the owners of Bicester Village are not responsible for the prices at which any restaurant and boutique at Bicester Village advertises or sells goods from time to time; (ii) the Event Invitation does not create a contractual relationship between the Promoter, its related companies and the owners of Bicester Village and the participant; (iii) the Promoter, its related companies and the owners of Bicester Village make no warranties regarding the goods and services (including without limitation the quality thereof) which the participant may obtain from the restaurants and boutiques at Bicester Village; (iv) the participants shall have no right, and waives his/her ability to make any claim against the Promoter, its related companies and the owners of Bicester Village in the event that a Participating Restaurant at Bicester Village fails to honour the Refreshment Voucher purported to be made available by this Promotion in whole or in part, and a participant’s only remedy in such a situation is the making of a claim for redress to the relevant Participating Restaurant; and (v) nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or limit the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury from its negligence or that of its employees or officers.
I. The Promoter will not be liable to participants for any financial loss arising out of refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of the Promotion and/or Promotional Offer, or any failure or inability of the participant to take advantage of this Promotion and the Promotional Offer.
J. The Promoter will not be liable for any failure of receipt of the Event Invitation.
K. Participants’ registration for an Event Invitation and/or use of the Event Invitation and/or use of this Promotion and Promotional Offer indicates their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions, and their acceptance of the Promoter’s privacy policy and terms and conditions found at www.chicoutletshopping.com/en/legal/terms-conditions and www.chicoutletshopping.com/en/legal/privacy-policy.
L. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, at any time, without prior notice.
M. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English Law and participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
