Spring Fever with Eric Underwood

Spring is an exciting moment at the Village with the new arrivals, new pop-ups and new food and drink treats all coming together, with Eric Underwood, a very talented Londoner and soloist for the Royal Ballet, to symbolise the Colour & Joy of the new Season.

This Spring our theme is Colour (a big new fashion trend) and Joy (A mindset that is all about determination to be positive), with the focus on what to wear to work, play and perform.

Maître Choux, Oliphant & Pomeroy & Pierre Marcolini are also brightening up Spring with colourful food stories, including jewel bright eclairs, vegan ice cream and afternoon tea at Café Wolseley.
